Painting Room & Flash-off Room is installed with precise two-way Air balancing system. The fresh Air Blowers are installed with VFD for precise air control & also for energy saving. Drying room blower will have a Day & Night mode for energy saving. This contemporary technology not only protects painter against the harmful gas given off during painting but also gives consistency in producing quality product all the time, due to flexibility in varying the speed of blower. Even AHU are manufactured with Double Filtration.
The expansion chamber in painting & Drying room is located in the upper part of the painting room, in the best position for an optimal distribution of the super-filtered air. This system allows a flow of air transverse type for an optimal extraction of humidity on the painted pieces. Air super filtration is ensured by a plenum consisting of micro filters pockets. Microfilters are self-extinguishing and made of fabric and synthetic binders. The microfilters pocket can easily be remove and inspected.
The fumes exhaust unit / Solvent Extraction Unit is installed on top of Drying Room in the area opposite to the painting booth. This unit draws out the harmful gas / solvent given off by the materials already painted / coated and placed in the drying area. The fumes exhaust system prevents contact with harmful.
